Shipping Information:
Orders will be shipped out within 7 business days. If you need an order rushed, please inquire before placing your order and we may be able to accomodate your request.
Custom orders may take up to 6 weeks to complete, but if specified, for an additional fee, rush custom orders can be provided.
Refund and Return Policies:
All items must be returned in new, unused condition within 10 days of the shipped date for a credit card refund or Pretty Afrika exchange. When returning or exchanging items, please include the original packing slip, noting the product to be returned/exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in return. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping and handling costs. Please contact us should you have further questions regarding returns or exchanges.
